If you are looking for an instrument which is truly unique and built for you, Dave can create and design an instrument with your ideas in mind. Whether it involves inlay detail or a bespoke hand carved scroll, Dave can discuss design options with you.

The process of commissioning an instrument has a number of different stages from an initial consultation, where ideas are discussed, model and wood selection, design ideas, regular updates on the progress of the instrument, through to final completion and handover.

Instruments can take from two to three months to completion, with start dates dependent on current work load. Dave will discuss timescales with you at initial consultation.

An initial deposit is required with further payments being made on the completion of the instrument in the white (pre varnish) and a final payment on completion and set up of the instrument.
